These bins and boxes, which form the input or output of the client’s automated storage and retrieval system, were previously moved manually.   • Seamless Integration with Operations enabled by syncOSTM : With syncOSTM , we were able to easily integrate camera based detection systems that could trigger a task whenever an operator placed a full trolley at the pick area. These trolleys were automatically sent to packaging without the operator assigning a task. Once the items were on the trolley, syncOSTM would also track their status and ensure that sufficient empty trolleys were distributed throughout the warehouse to avoid any operations delays. This intelligence allowed the operators to utilize the AMR solution with minimal effort.
  • Modular and Flexible Design: The MAG300’s modular design allowed it to adapt to the dynamic environment of the client’s facility, ensuring it could operate effectively alongside human workers in various warehouse settings.
